Curt Deuel, also known as "Captain Nice," has been fishing Key West and the Florida Keys since 1982. His knowledge and expertise are surpassed only by his ability to ensure that his anglers have a great time aboard the Genesis.

Curt was born in Roselle Park, N.J., has fished all his life in Long Island, Maryland, Virginia, Connecticut, Mexico, Bermuda and for the past 19 years, the Florida Keys. His lifelong dream of moving to the Keys to take people fishing was realized when he moved to South Florida to start his own charterboat business. Now, years later, he considers "every day and every catch special."

Capt. Curt remembers the day he had a Blue Marlin and a school of Dolphin hooked up at the same time. His anglers mounted the 158 lb Blue Marlin and went home with a rack full of dolphin too. The Genesis is a 43 foot Norseman with a 15' beam which helps to ensure a comfortable ride on the water even on the windiest of days. From tail dancing Sailfish and Marlin to the colorful, fabulous dolphin, the Genesis does it all. Capt. Curt & crew will take you out for whatever is biting (Dolphin, Tuna, Wahoo, Kingfish, Sailfish, Shark, Grouper or Snapper). Available for Private or Split Charters, the Genesis may be booked for Full Day, 1/2 Day or 3/4 Day fishing trips. Evening Shark and Tarpon Trips are also available.
