Set-Up Fee: $100 per hour. One hour minimum. Miminum set-up fee for items brought by wedding party which are to be included in the ceremony and/or reception. Ex. Special glasses, candles, gift table, place cards, etc.
All ornamental containers used to display table centerpieces and other arrangements are provided on a loan basis and remain the property of Chapel Floral. Their contents, flowers, etc. are the property of the purchaser.

On-site Coordinator/Personal Assistant:

$95 per hour, 2 hour minimum.
This person acts as your assistant through the events of your big day. Recommended for weddings with over 50 guests and multiple event locations and services. They serve as your host, greeter, gopher, etc. Whatever it takes to get the job done well!

Private Wedding Consultation:

This service is provided by appointment only and may include a private tour of various
island sites and locales. Guided inspections. Menu reviews, etc. Rates vary, but
typically is $495.00 for the first 2 hours and $95.00 per additional hour. $100 of your
total consultation expense will be applied toward your wedding package. Private
transportation in a 4 passenger electric car is included.

Confirmation Concierge:

$100 (first 3 vendors, $30 ea. additional) Some couples have confirmed various aspects of their wedding with outside vendors. Perhaps a hotel for you or your guests, a caterer, florist, photographer, limo, dinner reservation, etc. Let us know and we'll serve as your local contact and confirm in writing your arrangements. If you have questions or need to make changes, we'll take care of that too. The ultimate in STRESS FREE! This service comes in handy because the person you made your booking with may have left the island or moved to another position. Chapel By The Sea is the LOCAL CONTACT you can count on. We ask that you notify us in writing which vendors we are to contact and that you acknowledge to these vendors that you have designated Chapel By The Sea as your official WEDDING PLANNER. No other charges apply for this service.

Our packages offer high quality, flexible, affordable and reliable service. They are perfect for those wanting personal attention and quick turnaround. They include the services of a professional videographer and all editing fees where specified.

Videography

Chapel Special: A high quality record of your event with natural sound. VHS original with no editing. Up to one hour of professional videography service.
Price: $429.00

These packages include broadcast digital video, DVT digital mastering and editing. Off camera mikes when needed. Your edited video includes titles, music intro edited over background noises, plus additional raw footage.
Sunset: Up to two hours of professional videography services. Not available Saturdays
Price: $699.00 30 day service.

Rainbow: Up to four hours of professional videography services.
Price: $1,059.00 30 day service.

Garden: Up to six hours of professional videography services.
Price: $1,395.00 30 day service.

The Cathedral: Unlimited videography of your wedding day. Includes 1 hour of consultation time for your input on editing style and layout. Price: $2,450.00 (1 cameraman)

Price: $3,850.00(2 cameramen) 30 day service.

You may add to any edited video the transfer of up to 24 childhood photos. Please bring them to the wedding with you. Also invitations, announcements, etc.

ABOUT CHAPEL BY THE SEA'S VIDEO EDITOR:

Tom Jackson, Chapel By The Sea's professional video editor has 14 years of professional experience. He has won numerous awards which include 2 Grand Prize awards in the annual Video Maker competition. Mr. Jackson's work has been broadcast on all the major television networks, including NBC, CBS, ABC and CNN. He maintains a state of the art video suite and has edited over 1,000 works; including 240 wedding videos. Frequently Tom is called upon by movie houses to supply stock footage for feature films and news programs. He also maintains a video back-up of all his work in case our customers lose their treasured momento. We are proud of Tom and assure you that he is rated by his peers as the island's very best. You wouldn't want any less for your most important video.

Terms And Conditions:

Payment terms:
50% deposit for reservation
Balance Due 30 days prior to the event
Cancellations may be phoned in, but must also be followed by a signed cancellation
authorization which we will fax you
35% of the contract amount is non-refundable
Contract amount completely non-refundable if cancelled within 30 days of wedding
Change/Revision fees apply

Conditions:

You will be required to enter into a special event contract between the Chapel By The Sea Weddings Services, a Division of Harborwalk Shoppes at Lazy Way, Inc., (we) and you, the customer. We agree to perform the services described on Part A of the contract. Both in-house and outside vendors are used to perform these services. A minimum of fifty percent deposit is required to guarantee our services, unless otherwise stated. Payment in full must be received 30 days prior to the event. We are not responsible for unforeseen damages including, but not limited to: seasickness, inclement weather, loss of products in the mail, camera malfunctions, etc. We take our reputation very seriously, and we make every effort to use responsible vendors. We handle as many details In-house as possible. We will use our best judgment to arrange for last minute changes. The maximum amount that we can be held liable for in any event is the contractual amount paid.

Please Note: We make every attempt to have your photographs ready before you leave the island, but this cannot be guaranteed. Unless advised otherwise, we will use the same credit card we have on file to send your photographs by FedEx, 2 day service. If you prefer to use our account for shipping, the charge is $25.00.
