Four miles to the historic downtown area, the property is approximately two miles from Key West International Airport. With exterior corridors and views of the water, the Hotel Key West revels in its tropical atmosphere. A highlight of the property is the freeform outdoor pool and accompanying bar. Set amid four acres of Floridian foliage, the hotel is removed from the revelry of Duval Street, but guests can take advantage of the shuttle service into town, which stops adjacent to the hotel. A complimentary breakfast is served daily. Guestrooms are located in two areas on the property, a two-story building and the three-story tower, which is smoke-free. Rooms have bright décor and cable television. The Hotel Key West delivers numerous amenities. Please Note. For guests staying between 3/1/06-3/31/06: No more than four guests to a room. The reservation must be booked by someone 25 years old or older, and they must be one of the four occupants in the room. Additionally, all occupants must present a valid ID, such as driver's license; a $500 deposit is required upon check in; upon check out, the room will be inspected and if there is no damage, the deposit will be refunded; and occupants of the room will have to sign a Spring Break Contract that outlines all rules and regulations.
