The world's coral reefs are being killed. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration said Thursday that new research finds carbon emissions are threatening coral reefs. The findings are timely as 2008 is the International Year of the Reef.

Our boats have fresh water showers, rest room facilities, large dive platforms and ladders, ample storage space for dive gear and photo tables for photo and video equipment. Private charters are available on the STRICTLY BUSINESS. We are docked right downtown at the beautiful Hyatt Key West.

The price for a two-tank dive trip is $59.00 or $75.00
if you need tanks, weights, BC, and regulator.


Southpoint is Key West center for Diver Propulsion Vehicles!

DPV's add a new dimension to diving and Southpoint is the first to offer DPV tours and rentals in Key West. Add the Farallon MK7, Dacor Sprint or the Oceanic Mako to any of your trips OR join our experienced instructors and take the new PADI DPV Specialty course. Guided tours are available as well as rentals. Ask for details when booking your dives or your package!

Southpoint Divers is a PADI 5 star Facility offering PADI scuba and specialty course certifications as well as half day dive trips at 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Both Dive excursions are two tank trips. Our 9:00 a.m. departure includes a tank at either Joe's Tug or the Cayman Salvager. The second tank is on the living coral reef.
