Kelly’s Caribbean, located at
301 N. Whitehead Street
, is one of
Key West
’s most impressive and historic buildings: the birthplace of Pan American
Airlines! Pan-Am’s first tickets were sold in this very building in 1927, but
today visitors enjoy sumptuous dining and chilled cocktails where travelers once
dreamed of flying the Clipper to
Cuba
.
Home of the first micro-brewery in the
Keys with our flagship beer, the Havana Red Ale, our Key West Golden Ale, the
Southern Clipper Wheat Beer, and seasonal specialties.
In the Garden, soaring Poinciana and
Albizzia trees create a canopy, shading guests from the beautiful sun by day and
sparkling with lights at night. In the main restaurant there is our famous
Crash Bar. Modeled after an authentic plane wing, the Crash Bar is the perfect
place to enjoy one of our micro-brewed beers. If you look up while enjoying
your drink, you’ll notice a Sikorsky seaplane plunging through the ceiling with
it’s propellers still spinning, offering a cool breeze to the crowd below.
The second floor Tree-Top Deck is the
perfect spot for an intimate wedding reception, convention party, or any of your
special get-togethers! Nestled in the tree-tops, a Pan Am signal light provides
a faint glow to those dining in the comfortable privacy of our upper floor, and
with a delightful view of the Garden dining area and of
Whitehead Street
, your party will have all of the flair, enchantment, and fun that

kitchen chef and party manager will create a special menu just for you. We
provide a buffet or tray service with wait staff. Here are just a few samples of

'Caribbean Mahi Mahi'- Local Fresh Mahi Mahi baked in our Caribbean sweat & sour
sauce. 'Jambalaya'- Cajun style seafood, chicken, pork, sausage & crawfish.
'Island Rice'- Kelly’s original daily rice. 'Szechuan Green Beans' - A colossal
combination with pepper & bacon. 'Mixed Vegetables' - Combination of tropical
vegetables. 'Sweet Plantains'- Pan-fried sweet plantains. 'Roasted Potatoes' -
Slow roasted red potatoes. 'Pasta Station'- Try our Caribbean Alfredo or

Your choice of the following entrees. ‘Smoked Prime Rib’ U.S. choice ribeye,
flavored with “Island” spices. Served with roasted potatoes and julienne
vegetable medley and a citrus mango vinaigrette. ‘Pescado Negra’ Local fish
blackened and serves with “Island” rice, julienne vegetable medley and a citrus
mango vinaigrette. ‘Kelly’s Chicken Pasta’ Breast of chicken grilled. Tossed
with fettuccine, tomato, fresh herbs and our Caribbean Alfredo sauce. ‘Penne
with Scallops’ Bay scallops, pan-seared and tossed with penne pasta in a roasted
red pepper crème sauce. Coconut Shrimp’ Gulf shrimp, deep-fried in our seasoned
tempura batter and coated with fresh shredded coconut. Served with “Island”
