Key West Dolphin Tours	Rental Program: Visitors can choose from sea kayaks, recreational kayaks, or sit on tops. First we help you select the kayak which you are most comfortable with, teach you how to safely use the boat, and offer a quick lesson on paddling technique. Then we give you a map and set up an itinerary for your trip. The most popular rental itinerary is to go up Whiskey Creek where you get a look at the Red Mangrove Forest, then go another 15 minutes down Sister Creek and reach the famous Sombrero Beach. The beach is on the Atlantic ocean, but we do not have to paddle on the ocean to reach it. On calm days many people go 1/4 mile offshore to West Sisters' Rock for picnics and snorkeling. Others fly fish in the flats which extend for miles.
We normally rent for 1/2 day which is up to 4 hours. Most people stay out for about 3 hours which allows plenty of time for beginners to visit the Mangrove forest and the beach, which is an easy one hour paddle from the shop. Key West
