Exclusive million dollar homes line Frances Street. Casa Serendipity is one of the finest examples of the "conch cottage" style vernacular that Key West is famous for.

Designed to accommodate a large family or group, this four-bedroom home has two full baths, one upstairs which has a tub, the other downstairs has a shower, both with hairdryers.

The light and airy living room features an abundance of French doors over looking the covered veranda, lush grounds and pool. A 27" Sony flat screen cable TV and DVD/Stereo with Yamaha surround sound makes the living room a favorite place to relax.

The gourmet kitchen has everything to prepare gourmet meals, including refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, dishwasher and stove. A charcoal grill outside is perfect for those scrumptious BBQ’s. The spacious dining room will elegantly accommodate your large group.

Completing the first floor is the master bedroom that has a pillow-top queen bed, TV, VCR and CD player. There is also a laundry room with washer/dryer and iron/ironing board.

Upstairs are three bedrooms, two with king beds, one with CD player and safe, the third bedroom has a trundle bed with either one or two twin beds.
