Key West has got to be one of the finest fishing destinations in the world, how can you go wrong.  2 great oceans to fish, miles of flats, channels, reefs and a harbor full of Tarpon, Permit, Sharks, Snapper, and 100's of other fish to catch.  Let me Captain Moe take you on a trip to remember.  You can choose to fish in the Harbor for Tarpon, Permit, snapper and sharks.  Or go offshore for Sailfish, Wahoo, dolphin (Mahi-Mahi), Marlin and swordfish.  I also offer Shark, Cobia, Permit, snapper on the Wrecks out in the Gulf.  Or Yellowtail, Muttonsnaper, and Grouper on the reef.  No pressure fishing on board the Reel Lucky just good times and great catches

Key West Light Tackle Fishing

The Reel Lucky is a Custom built Dorado with an inboard diesel engine, and runs at 20 knots comfortably to the fish.  If you want to run offshore to the Atlantic to fish for sailfish, Dolphin' Wahoo, and Marlin, the boat can handle the job.  If you like to fish for Tarpon, Permit, Snapper and Barracudas, than this boat will deliver a fantastic day on the water in and around Key West.  Call ahead once you have made your reservation to reserve a Day with Captain Moe on the Reel Lucky.  I use only the best rods and reels on the Reel Lucky so you don't have to concern your self during the battle.  Don't forget to tell your friends about Key West and the fantastic fishing.  My 1/2 Days are 550.00 for 4 hours and my 3/4 Days are 700.00 and my full days are 800.00.  So I believe that my prices are the best in Key West plus I'm located at two famous restaurants the Half Shell Raw Bar and the Turtle Kraws.  Call me any time at 305-304-8065 and lets get you in the books.

For the last 7 years I have been fishing every square mile of water surrounding Key West,  and developing a style of fishing,  to take you on a trip to remember.  I have put together a 30 ft. Dorado open fisherman, ( my design ), center console, that draws only a foot and half, and cruses at 25 Knots.  My equipment is all top of the line, and as a IGFA certified Captain, you can feel comfortable about getting the best instruction, or support during your catch.

Hi My name is Captain Moe, I have been a resident here in Key West for 26 years and I would like to tell you alittle bit about my self.  The Coast Guard brought me first to the Island in 1984,  Were I served on a variety of different vessels, 95 footers, 205 footers, and a mess of small boats at the station.  As you can guess those patrols got to be pretty boring until I started breaking out the fishing gear.  Right after I got out of the Coast Guard in 1997 I joined up with a new outfit here in town called Sebago Catamarans as the mate.  During my many years of service with the Sebago company I got my Captains licence, and became a World Class International Yachtsman.  During this period I worked as a mate for one of the best Charter fishing Captains in key west, Captain Ted Baier.  Man did we catch fish.  But the open ocean and Yacht racing would take me away, to all corners of the world.  For the next 7 years I skippered some of the largest racing yachts of the times from Europe to Hawaii.  Yes I trolled just about every mile except when we were racing, man did we catch fish.  1997 Brings me back to Key West, I continued racing for a fleet of Hightec sailboats, and started subbing for light tackle boats and offshore captains, to fill my time.
